I don’t hate it. They’re obviously going after the European vans like the Sprinter and Transit, which isn’t a bad market to get in on. Wonder if this means North America will ever get the Hiace (99% probability the answer is no).

If they have a much bigger version it would sell like hot cakes and be dominant due to Toyota’s reliability and reputation

The Hiace used to be huge here in the 80s and 90s but then gradually faded away. Toyota now sell a rebadged PSA van as the Proace.
